輸送泵操作人員在泵送施工中應(yīng)精力集中，時刻注意泵送壓力表的讀數(shù)，一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力表讀數(shù)突然增大，應(yīng)立即反泵2-3個行程，再正泵，堵管即可排除。若已經(jīng)進行了反泵(正泵幾個操作循環(huán)，仍未排除堵管，應(yīng)及時拆管清洗，否則將使堵管更加嚴(yán)重。

泵送時，速度的選擇很關(guān)鍵，操作人員不能一味地圖快，有時欲速則不達。泵送時，由于管道阻力較大，此時應(yīng)低速泵送，泵送正常后，可適當(dāng)提高泵送速度。當(dāng)出現(xiàn)堵管征兆或某一車混凝土的塌落度較小時，應(yīng)低速泵送，將堵管消滅在萌芽狀態(tài)。

泵送時，操作人員須隨時觀察料斗中的余料，余料不得低于攪拌軸，如果余料太少，極易吸入空氣，導(dǎo)致堵管。料斗中的料也不能堆得太多，應(yīng)低于防護欄，以便于及時清理粗骨料和超大骨料。當(dāng)某一車混凝土的塌落度較小時，余料可低于攪拌軸，控制在“S”管或吸入口以上，以減小攪拌阻力、擺動阻力和吸入阻力。本辦法僅適用于“S”閥系列混凝土泵。

當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)有一斗混凝土的塌落度很小，無法泵送時，應(yīng)及時將混凝土從料斗底部放掉，若貪圖省事，強行泵送極易造成堵管。切忌在料斗中加水?dāng)嚢琛?/div>

停機時間過長

停機期間，應(yīng)每隔5-10min(具體時間視當(dāng)日氣溫、混凝土塌落度、混凝土初凝時間而定)開泵一次，以防堵管。對于停機時間過長，已初凝的混凝土，不宜繼續(xù)泵送。
During the shutdown period, the pump should be started every 5-10 minutes (the specific time depends on the temperature of the day, concrete slump and initial setting time of concrete) to prevent pipe blockage. It is not suitable to continue pumping the concrete that has been stopped for a long time and has set initially.
管道未清洗干凈

次泵送完畢，管道未清洗干凈，會造成下一次泵送時堵管。所以每次泵送完畢一定要按照操作規(guī)程將輸送管道清洗干凈。
