攪拌一體車的軸承,軸承在正常的使用過程中是慢慢磨損的,但是如果因發(fā)動機的裝配調(diào)整不當、潤滑油的品質(zhì)不好或使用條件惡劣等因素致使軸承過早的磨損或者出現(xiàn)各種損傷,則是人為造成的過早損壞,軸承過早損壞的形式有機械損壞、軸承穴蝕、疲勞點蝕、腐蝕等等。機械損傷是指軸瓦的合金表面出現(xiàn)不同程度的溝痕,嚴重時在接觸面發(fā)生金屬剝離以及出現(xiàn)大面積的雜亂劃傷,一般情況下接觸面損傷與燒油現(xiàn)象同時存在。軸承穴蝕是軸承在氣缸壓力沖擊載荷的反復(fù)作用下,表面層發(fā)生塑性變形和冷作硬化,局部喪失變形能力,逐步形成條紋并不斷擴展,然后隨著磨屑的脫落,在受載表面形成凹穴。如果定位不良,需拆下?lián)Q擋叉軸,檢驗定位球及彈簧。如果齒輪未完全嚙合,用手推動掉檔的齒輪或齒套,能者卻嚙合,應(yīng)檢查換擋叉是否彎曲或者磨損,換擋叉固定螺絲有沒有松動,叉端與齒輪槽間隙是否過大。若是換擋良好,而齒輪或齒套又能完全嚙合時,應(yīng)檢查齒輪是否磨成雛形、軸承是否松曠、變速軸是否前后移動。根據(jù)上述檢查所發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,按標準修復(fù),必要時需更換新件。

If the positioning is not good, remove the shift fork shaft and inspect the setting ball and spring. If the gear is not fully meshed and the gear or gear sleeve is pushed by hand, but the gear or gear sleeve can be meshed, check whether the shift fork is bent or worn, whether the fixed screw of the shift fork is loose, and whether the clearance between the fork end and the gear groove is too large. If the gear shift is good and the gear or gear sleeve can be fully meshed, check whether the gear is ground into a rudiment, whether the bearing is loose, and whether the variable speed shaft moves forward and backward. According to the problems found in the above inspection, repair according to the standard, and replace with new parts if necessary.
