3.對于同一桿稱，其傳感器(3個或4個)須同型號同規(guī)格。因此安裝傳感器時(shí)一定要檢查其銘牌上的內(nèi)容是否一致，不同規(guī)格的傳感器其外型有可能相同。

4.在稱量斗上進(jìn)行電焊作業(yè)時(shí)，須斷開控制電源，并將傳感器短接或把電焊機(jī)的地線直接搭在稱量斗上，避免焊接時(shí)過大的電流通過傳感器而將其損壞。

When conducting electric welding on the weighing bucket, the control power supply must be disconnected, and the sensor shall be short circuited or the ground wire of the electric welding machine shall be directly laid on the weighing bucket to avoid damage caused by excessive current passing through the sensor during welding.

5.自上料攪拌車，撾式傳感器(s型)安裝好后，需擰緊鎖緊螺母，懸吊螺桿不能質(zhì)住傳感器槽型根部，即懸吊螺桿與型傳感器槽型根部應(yīng)留有10mm左右的間隙。
