1.發(fā)動機高溫，但是冷卻液沒有減少

就是說攪拌車發(fā)動機過熱，但是冷卻系統(tǒng)工作正常，這時應保持發(fā)動機怠速運轉(zhuǎn)，嚴禁熄火，用冷水澆散熱器表面加速降溫，在溫度下降到50度左右的時候，用濕毛巾旋開水箱蓋，進行降溫，后一定要檢查油尺刻度是否在正常范圍內(nèi)。

發(fā)動機水溫過高，冷卻系統(tǒng)循環(huán)出現(xiàn)故障的原因有很多，比如節(jié)溫器，冷卻硅油風扇，風扇皮帶等損壞導致冷卻系統(tǒng)無法正常工作。要保持發(fā)動機怠速狀態(tài)，用冷水給散熱器降溫，在發(fā)動機溫度降到80度以下時，采取間斷熄火，踩下熄火開關(guān)或者拔掉電噴系統(tǒng)傳感器，用起動機帶動發(fā)動機運轉(zhuǎn)，10-15秒為一個運轉(zhuǎn)周期，本棟運轉(zhuǎn)降溫，后檢查機油尺刻度是否在正常范圍內(nèi)。
