(1)空載下,轉(zhuǎn)罐轉(zhuǎn)速可達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求,而裝滿料以后很難起動,即使在發(fā)動機(jī)大轉(zhuǎn)速下轉(zhuǎn)罐轉(zhuǎn)速也很低;(2)液壓油散馬達(dá)的進(jìn)油膠管出現(xiàn)多臺爆管故障;(3)轉(zhuǎn)罐馬達(dá)的故障率非常高,多臺出現(xiàn)馬達(dá)內(nèi)部卡死或軸端密封損壞向外串油。

從原理上來看,液壓系統(tǒng)為開式負(fù)載敏感開芯回路,通過安裝在發(fā)動機(jī)上的齒輪泵持續(xù)向換向閥供油,由先導(dǎo)控制閥作為總開關(guān),通過控制電磁換向閥的翹板開關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)罐馬達(dá)的正轉(zhuǎn)與反轉(zhuǎn)。換向閥的回油分兩路回油箱:一路通過節(jié)流閥回油箱,另一路驅(qū)動油散馬達(dá),為其他系統(tǒng)的回油進(jìn)行散熱。

在發(fā)動機(jī)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時,換向閥T口油液無法快速回到油箱,造成油散馬達(dá)的進(jìn)油管處壓力過高,超過膠管承受的壓力,所以爆管現(xiàn)象時有發(fā)生。因無法得到更詳細(xì)的技術(shù)參數(shù)與資料,重載轉(zhuǎn)速慢及馬達(dá)故障率高是否有直接關(guān)聯(lián),通過現(xiàn)場查看實(shí)車的系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀及使用過程工況,從使用工況來分析故障原因。
When the engine is running at high speed, the oil at port T of the reversing valve cannot return to the oil tank quickly, which causes the pressure at the oil inlet pipe of the oil dispersion motor to be too high, which exceeds the pressure borne by the rubber tube. Therefore, tube explosion occurs frequently. Since more detailed technical parameters and data can not be obtained, whether there is a direct correlation between slow heavy load speed and high motor failure rate, we can analyze the cause of the failure from the operating conditions through on-site inspection of the actual vehicle's system status and operating conditions.
從現(xiàn)場的管路情況看到,吸油管過長過細(xì),且齒輪泵的位置高于油箱吸油口的位置,經(jīng)理論計(jì)算齒輪泵吸油管液壓油大流速達(dá)到4m/s,遠(yuǎn)超過設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。同時,齒輪泵本身的自吸能力差,在高轉(zhuǎn)速時吸油管內(nèi)產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓,齒輪泵內(nèi)部吸油不足加速磨損,容積效率快速下降,導(dǎo)致轉(zhuǎn)罐在重載情況下轉(zhuǎn)速下降明顯。

Through theoretical calculation, the large flow rate of hydraulic oil in the gear pump oil suction pipe reaches 4m/s, far exceeding the design standard. At the same time, the self suction capacity of the gear pump itself is poor, and negative pressure is generated in the oil suction pipe at high speed. The insufficient oil suction inside the gear pump accelerates wear, and the volumetric efficiency drops rapidly, resulting in a significant drop in the speed of the rotary tank under heavy load.
