1、需調(diào)試設(shè)備各部件、附件及隨機(jī)東西應(yīng)按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝備齊全。
1. All parts, accessories and accompanying items of the equipment to be commissioned shall be complete as per the standard.
2、備好液壓油和潤(rùn)滑油脂，液壓油的油質(zhì)應(yīng)符合要求。
2. Prepare hydraulic oil and lubricating grease, and the oil quality of hydraulic oil shall meet the requirements.
3、按規(guī)定加注液壓油、燃油、潤(rùn)滑油和冷卻水，且液壓油加規(guī)定油面。

4、應(yīng)對(duì)混凝土泵進(jìn)行檢查、調(diào)試和試運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，使之進(jìn)入正常作業(yè)狀況，液壓體系調(diào)試后應(yīng)符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

注意：

打火前先查驗(yàn)機(jī)油、防凍液、潤(rùn)滑油和冷卻水等，發(fā)覺(jué)不夠時(shí)，應(yīng)再次進(jìn)行加上。

自動(dòng)上料攪拌車(chē)開(kāi)啟后，再讓罐子低速旋轉(zhuǎn)，圍繞著車(chē)查驗(yàn)輪胎氣壓，是不是有漏氣的胎，再用螺絲刀剔掉在胎縫中的碎石子，查驗(yàn)。
