1.一般新購買的攪拌車，在使用一兩周后就需要緊固整車的螺絲，特別是連接副梁和底盤之間的“U型”螺栓，其次是減速機與罐體之間的螺栓，緊固時，擰緊力矩應(yīng)達到300-350Nm。

2.液壓系統(tǒng)初次使用250小時后一定要更換高壓抗磨液壓油，以后每使用2500小時更換一次，但換油時間做多不得超過一年，換油的同時好更換散熱器濾芯。
